Bianca Duran
Customer Success Manager
With a professional background in procurement and supply chain, Bianca Duran is an onboarding specialist with experience in managing, validating, and hosting information to suppliers and contractors by providing B2B risk assessment and supply chain transparency through SaaS applications for a variety of working sectors in Latin America and North America.
This Houston native has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Houston. With three years of experience in procurement, Bianca brings an academic discipline to her role by applying behavioral sciences to the procurement processes.
She has a keen ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers, making her the perfect first contact to onboard new suppliers and users within the Requis platform. She is also sharply aware of her employers’ growing revenue by monitoring and exceeding KPIs to increase productivity and performance.
Aside from her experience most notably at Achilles Information, she is self-motivated and determined to provide the best possible service to customers with the ability to solve problems in a fast, efficient manner.
Outside of work, she is a bassist and plays during her free time while also being a dog mom to her favorite fur baby, a pug.
