Erica Hardin thrives and enjoys working in a high-energy and fast-paced environment and is excited to be a part of the Requis team to support the global circular economy for the energy and resources sector.
Erica spent six years helping bridge the technology gap in the hospitality industry, specifically working with seniors in her hometown of Conroe, Texas. In addition to having a fond appreciation for technology, Erica enjoys working in operational and sales roles.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, she has handled various functions and implemented initiatives across all business segments, from calendar programs to budget reports.
She constituted and managed daily activities and coordinated the transportation schedule as the Activity Director at Woodhaven Village, a thriving senior community. Designing countless advertisements through software platforms for daily and monthly needs gave her a high focus on detail concerning the viewers’ presentation. Navigating ever-changing budget requests gave me firsthand knowledge of a company’s financial harmony.
She enjoys being around others and fostering interpersonal relationships with clients and consumers to build solid and long-term bonds.
Erica is a born Texan and delights in family time with her two young children. Her passion is thrifting locally or while traveling.
