Primarily involved with building the Requis platform user interface, Brad is a full-stack developer who loves creating highly functional, easy to navigate user interfaces.

He is comfortable in working with React.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, CSS, Git/Github, and UI component libraries like Material-UI and Headless-UI.

Brad has a lifelong love of technology that began with building desktop PCs as a teen. He started learning web development while working as the executive chef of a multi-location, multi-million-dollar catering business.

He has a decade of experience as a chef running high-end restaurants, institutional dining facilities and catering businesses. Brad was responsible for ensuring that the kitchens he oversaw had a sufficient supply of all necessary ingredients and equipment. While sourcing hard-to-find items, managing shortages and controlling costs on a daily basis, Brad developed an appreciation for the adaptability and flexibility required by modern supply chains.

Brad finds working at Requis deeply gratifying, as it allows him to create solutions to the kinds of supply chain challenges he once faced. He also enjoys being a part the growth of highly flexible teams that focus on productivity over process—values which are constantly promoted within the company.

Brad was born in Albuquerque and raised in San Diego. in his free time Brad loves cooking (strictly as an amateur of course), gardening, hiking and Olympic weightlifting.
