Welcome to Requis
The End-to-End Supply Chain Platform

Worley has chosen Requis as its global third-party e-tendering digital supply chain platform. After you register your company’s legal entity in Requis, your company will become searchable within the supplier directory. Worley will then be able to invite you to bid on RFQs for projects around the world if the project team selects your firm.

How It Works

There are five simple steps to using Requis for your bids.

Register Your Company

The first person to register at your company should be the administrator. If you’re going to be the administrator, you can go to https://supplychain.requis.com/login and fill in the form to register.

Once you register, you will receive an email from noreply@requis.com asking you to confirm your email address. When you receive the email, please go ahead and click on the confirmation link.

  • If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
  • If the message does not appear in your inbox, please send an e-mail to support@requis.com.

Just after you’ve clicked on the confirmation link, Requis will send you a separate email within 24 hours confirming that your company has been registered. After the email notifies you that you have successfully registered, you may then log in and add more company members at any time—here's how (login required). We suggest that you add your other sales team members as soon as possible.

After registration, a Requis sales executive will reach out to you to present the different plans available and help your company select one. The advantage with Requis is that there are no hidden fees. With the Requis platform, you only pay upon a successful award.

Tips:

  • Use the Google Chrome web browser to register.
  • Please avoid using special symbols like & # $ ()* ~ when registering your company.
  • If you get an error message when you try to register your company, someone else from your organization has already been registered. Please email support@requis.com, and include your legal entity and request Requis access. A ticket will be created to add you to the existing company account–this avoids company duplicates.

Complete Your Supplier Profile and Prequalification

After you’ve registered, log in and complete your full supplier profile and prequalification.

To find this, click on the “Supplier Prequalification” link on the main dashboard in the Procurement quadrant, under “Supplier Links”).

Tips:

  • Any fields marked with a “Public” tag will show in your profile in the public directory and can lead to additional opportunities for your firm from the hundreds of buyer organizations already on the platform.
  • When you’ve completed your profile, you won’t need to do it again for individual bids (except for the “Ethics” tab, which is unique to each buying organization).

This video includes a complete step-by-step guide to the supplier profile and prequalification:

View and Accept RFQ invitations

Once your supplier profile and prequalification have been filled out, you can receive invitations to participate in RFQs. You’ll know you have invitations in one of three ways:

A.

Platform Notifications

Accessible in the top right corner of the dashboard.

B.

RFQ Bids and Responses page

Accessible from the dashboard in the Procurement quadrant.

C.

Email Notifications

Add noreply@requis.com or requis.com to your email safelist.

  • It’s best to add all your team members to the project, and then accept any RFQ invitations.

Tips:

  • On Requis you can edit line items for pricing manually, but you can save time by downloading spreadsheets, editing the information, then bulk uploading them efficiently. If you’re not familiar with using spreadsheets (like Excel) the video above shows you how.

The Award

Once they have reviewed all documentation from all bidders, buyers can complete the recommendation for award (RFA) process. They simply select a supplier for award, save the section, and include any award information like the PO value and any additional notes.

You will receive the notification from the buyer through the communications channels mentioned above (the notifications list, your RFQ Bids page, and email).

ONE FINAL TIP

Access More Opportunities with the Supplier Directory

Don’t underestimate the value of filling in your supplier profile as completely as possible and uploading your product catalogue. This is your chance to highlight your products and expertise to the global Worley supply chain network.
